Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding, a British artist and singer, gained notoriety in 2010, when her smash singles Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed caught public attention. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has a unique soprano voice and has a talent of writing songs with emotional positive lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of contemporary mainstream pop as well as arty independent music.
