Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the name Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist from American of American origin. Her most well-known role is anchorwoman for CNN's morning program At This Hour. Bolduan was previously co-anchoring CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan participated in the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. She also spent time in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events and events during her time as part of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiation to increase the debt limit for the United States and debates by the supercommittee. As an assignment reporter for general assignments she's covered events such as those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 as well as the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare.
