Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being inspired initially through the shadows she observed in the grasses of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out in developing a process that did not depict the subject in a 2-dimensional image. The object becomes a representation of its own, and the canvas carries its own interpretation painted by the object. This is especially true when it is a living item or something perishable, such as fruit or people. Alexa Meade's works are fleeting, but the photo is the only thing that remains. Trompe l'oeil is achieved through the combination of two methods of photographing and painting. The result is an unflattened and two-dimensional photograph. Meade often incorporates models painted in the space surrounding them. It allows them to engage with the environment she has created. Through this, Meade has removed the borders between painting, photography and the performance.
